| Abstract: | In order to promote the normalization of spare estate rent management, the historical background of the management of spare estate rent is briefly presented, and the existing problems are discussed. Various countermeasures are introduced, such as centralizedmanagement, revitalization and effective utilization, strengthened rent management, positive adaptation, etc. Lastly, the bottleneck problems and the development prospects are analyzed. |
