| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨时间管理倾向的特点。方法:采用"青少年时间管理倾向量表(ATMD)"对284名大学生进行调查。结果:虽然大学生的时间管理倾向不存在性别、学历以及学科的差异,但是时间管理倾向的时间效能感维度受年级影响差异显著。结论:年级因素会影响大学生的时间管理倾向。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the characteristics of Time Management Disposition. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted among 284 university students by using Adolescent time management disposition scale. Results： Although there is not difference in gender, degree and subject aspect of university students＇ time management disposition, the time effectiveness of time management disposition dimension is influenced by the grade. Conclusion： Grade factor affects the students＇ time management disposition. |
