从当前社会需求看高职文秘专业人才的培养方向

我国文秘专业从1980年原复旦大学分校(现上海大学文学院)首次建立了以后,在这三十多年中,全国有数百所普通高校和高职高专院校开办了文秘专业,为社会培养了大批秘书人才。高职院校文秘专业人才的培养有着其特性,在当前社会需求的制约下定位更为准确,培养方向也更加明确了。本文试图在解析当前社会对于文秘专业供求现状的基础上,对于该专业人才培养的方向和途径进行了探讨。

Training Direction of Secretarial Talents in Higher Vocational College from the Current Social Needs

The secretary specialty was firstly built in the original campus of Fudan University （now College of Liberal Arts of Shanghai University） in 1980, after thirty years, in the whole country there were hundreds of colleges and universities and vocational colleges opening the secretary specialty, and cultivated a large number of secretary personnel to the society. Secretarial talent training has its characteristics in higher vocational colleges, and its positioning become more accurate under the constraints of the current needs of society, and its training direction become more clear. This paper attempts to resolve the current social status of the supply and demand for secretarial talents and discusses the training direction and pathways.
