| Abstract: | Identification of the price of involved property is the main responsibilities for price appraisal institutions. This paper expounds the role of prices identification of involved property, analyzes the performance and risk causes of price risk identification of involved property, and proposes the corresponding risk guard countermeasures, provides the reference for the prevention of price evaluation risk of involved property. |
