以就业为导向的独立学院创新型应用人才培养模式探析

较强的应用能力和创新能力是实现独立学院毕业生高质量就业的必备条件之一。本文紧紧围绕人才培养这一根本任务,针对独立学院在创新型应用人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了促进创新型应用人才培养的对策建议,包括以就业为导向,树立先进的教育理念;探索人才培养新机制,加强人才培养针对性;注重师资的建设与培养,提升人才培养质量;面向工程实际,在开放的平台环境中培养学生创新能力四个方面。该模式实施三年来取得了良好效果。

On the Training Mode of Innovative and Applied Talents in Employment Oriented Independent College

Strong application and innovation ability is one of the necessary conditions for independent college graduates to achieve high quality employment. Focusing on personnel training, which is the basic task of colleges, and aiming at the problems in the training of innovative talents in independent colleges, this article puts forward some countermeasures including taking employment as the orientation and setting up advanced education idea, exploring new personnel training mechanism and strengthening targeted personnel training,emphasizing teacher team＇s construction and improving the quality of personnel training, facing the engineering practice and training students＇ creative ability in the open environment. Good results have been achieved in the three years since the implementation of this mode.
