摘    要:房产测绘中房产预售面积和实际产权登记面积之间存在差异。本文概述房产预售面积和实际产权登记面积的概念,对其之间差异产生的原因进行了分析,并在此基础上对如何减小房产预售面积和实际产权登记面积的差异进行了探讨,在现实房产销售确权登记过程中有非常实际的指导作用。

Abstract:There exist the differences between the pre-sale area of house property and the property registration area in the real estate surveying and mapping. This paper summarizes the concept of pre-sale area of house property and real property registration area, andanalyzes the causes of the differences between them. The way to reduce the differences between the housing pre-sale area and the real property registration area is discussed in this paper, which makes a very practical guiding role in the process of confirmation of real sellingright registration of the real house prosperity.
