简析国有企业干部队伍建设体系

国有企业的健康发展,需要进一步提升干部队伍综合素质与能力,有效加强对国企干部队伍的监管力度,提高干部队伍管理水平是国有企业健康可持续发展的关键。与此同时,国有企业面临的一些新问题也需要企业干部队伍提升自身素质,以便应对日益复杂的市场经济形势。本文以国有企业干部队伍建设的重要性为基点,分析国有企业干部队伍存在的问题,最后提出构建国有企业干部队伍建设体系的具体措施。

Analysis of State-owned Enterprise Cadres Construction System

The healthy development of state-owned enterprises requires further enhancement of the cadre＇ comprehensive quality and ability. To strengthen the supervision of cadres in state-owned enterprises effectively, improve the level of cadres management is the key tothe healthy sustainable development of the state-owned enterprises. At the same time, the state-owned enterprises face some new problems, which also need cadres to improve its quality, in order to cope with increasingly complex market economy situation. Taking the importanceof the construction of cadres of state-owned enterprises as the basis, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the state-owned enterprise cadres, finally puts forward the concrete measures of construction system of the state-owned enterprise cadres.
