摘    要:推行绩效管理是改变公司人力资源管理低效率、提高公司凝聚力的重要举措,也是改善员工激励机制、提高人力资源培训的效果、提升公司的企业文化水平的主要手段。在推行绩效管理的过程中,公司应该注意区别绩效考核与绩效管理的差异、注重绩效管理的循环过程、做好与公司价值链的衔接、树立"以人为本"的管理观念。

Abstract:The implementation of performance management is an important measure to change the inefficiency of the human resources management and improve the cohesion of the companies and it’s also a main methods to improve employee incentive mechanism, the effectiveness of human resource training and enterprise culture level of he company. In the process of implementing the performance management, the company should pay attention to the difference between the performance appraisal and performance management, and the cyclic process of the performance management, link up well with the company value chain, and establish "people-oriented" management concepts.
