具有实际创新能力的物流人才培养模式研究

创新是这个时代的主题,而创新需要具有创新能力的创新型人才。现代物流作为近些年新兴起来的朝阳产业,在发展壮大之中同样也需要有创新型的人才的支撑和引领。本文就围绕如何能够培养出具有实际创新能力的创新型物流人才这一主题进行了较为缜密的调查研究,在认真而系统的梳理分析之后,找到了一些问题所在,并针对问题提出了相应的对策。而本文的创新之处在于创造性的提出了将创造学的理论与技术方法与物流学进行整体的交叉融合,并在实践中运用先进的PBL教学方法,探索并最终能够形成一种以创造教育理念为主,以创造力开发为核心的,能够培养出具有实际创新能力的创新型物流人才的人才培养模式。

Training Mode of Logistics Personnel with Actual Innovation Ability

Innovation is the theme of this era, innovation needs the innovative talents with innovative ability. As a sunrise industry emerging in recent years, modem logistics in the development also requires support and guide of the innovative talent. This article is about how to cultivate innovative logistics talents with practical ability, and it conducts a careful investigation and study, through which a serious analysis is made. Some problems are found and advice is given. What is new about this paper is that the theory and technical methods of creativity are integrated into logistics. Meanwhile the advanced way of teaching PBL is applied in practice, and it explores and ultimately forms a training mode of logistics personnel with actual innovation ability based on the concept of creative education, which serves as the core of development of creativity.
