| Abstract: | To strengthen the management and education of contract fire team and make it develop healthily, is the inevitable requirement to realize ＂police serves the public, law enforcement serves for people＂, and create the socialist harmonious society. Fire team should constantly explore the management mode of contract firefighters, and continuously stimulate contract fire team＇s battle effectiveness. Then, some superficial views are talked about in terms of the management ＇of contract firefighters. |
