鹤煤公司九矿-420行人下山巷道优化工程

鹤煤公司九矿-420行人下山巷道受F153断层防隔水煤(岩)柱、煤层延展和开拓布局的限制,无法实现一次提升,增加了岩巷排矸环节,间接的限制了产能提升。通过重新分析和施工验证的F153断层防隔水岩柱宽度,在保证了巷道安全掘进的前提下,不仅解决了一次提升问题,还增加了提升矿车数量,彻底释放了岩巷掘进排矸受限问题,同时还降低了生产成本。

The-420 pedestrian downhill roadway of the ninth of Hebi Coal Mine Company is constrained by waterproof coal （rock） column of the fault F153, the extension of coal seam and developing of the layout, which can＆#39;t achieve an one-time promotion, increasing links of discharging gangue of the rock roadway, indirectly limiting the production capacity. By re-analysis and validation of the width of waterproof rock column of fault F153, and under the premise of ensuring the safety of tunneling, not only the problem of one-time promotion is solved, but also the number of lifting harvesters is increased, which completely releases the restrictions of discharging gangue of the rock roadway and reduces the production costs.
