毛红椿不同种源形态特性调查研究

本研究以江西、湖南、广西、贵州等不同地理种源的毛红椿种子和一年生枝条作为研究对象,采用方差和偏相关分析法对毛红椿种子形态特点和千粒重相关性,采取多重比较分析法研究毛红椿一年生枝柔毛生长特点,其研究结果:毛红椿不同地理种源其种子形态差异明显,种子形态特征大小顺序是湖南>江西>广西>贵州,但其种子形态特征的一致方面则是广西>江西>贵州>湖南;毛红椿种子质量(千粒重)与种子形态特征的相关程度是种子厚度相关性最高,其次种子宽度,再次是种子长度;毛红椿一年生枝叶柔毛分布状态自西向东、自北向南呈现渐变特点。

Research on the Morphological Characteristics of Different Toona Ciliata Roem. var. Pubescens

Seed morphology and the pubescence distribution characteristics of different provenances of Toona ciliata Roem. var. pubescens collected from Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangxi, and Guizhou were studied, in which the correlation of seed morphology and 1000-grain weight was analyzed by methods of variance analysis and partial correlation analysis, and the pubescence distribution characteristics was studied by comparative analysis approach. The results showed that the overall morphology of the seeds from different provenances were obvious different, and the qualities in descending order were Guangxi, Jiangxi, Guizhouand Hunan, while the consistency of the seed morphology in descending order were Guangxi, Jiangxi, Guizhou and Hunan; The seed thickness had the highest correlation with the1000- grain weight, followed by the seed width, then the seed length; there was a gradual change in pubescencedistributioncharacteristics from the west to the east and from the north to the south.
