智能电能表在阶梯电价实施中的技术方案优化的探讨

摘    要:通过对实施阶梯电价技术方案的探讨,指出了更新智能电表为最适合供电企业的方案。从本地费控预付费功能、多费率及阶梯电价计算选择功能、远程数传通信功能、负荷监控和控制功能四个方面,讨论了电能表技术方案的重点配置和优化,为电力部门在电能表的性能选择中提供了一个较佳的选型方案。

Technical Proposal Optimization of Smart Meter in the Implementation of Ladder Electricity Price

Abstract:Through the discussion of implementing ladder electricity price, updating smart meters is proposed as the most suitable scheme for power supply enterprises. From four perspectives of the local fees charged subscription function, choice of rates and ladderelectricity price calculation function, remote digital communication function, load monitoring and control functions, the key configurations and optimizations of the technical scheme of watt-hour meter are discussed, and a better scheme of watt-hour meter selection for the power sector is provided.
