摘    要:少数民族大学生肩负着促进祖国统一、维护民族团结的历史使命,是建设少数民族地区的中坚力量。本文分析了内地高校少数民族学生的思想特点,从培育积极的人格特质、增强主观幸福感、营造积极的情绪体验氛围、进行积极的自我心理调适等四个方面提出了对内地高校少数民族学生进行科学激励的实施途径,以期促进少数民族学生全面自由发展。

Abstract:Minority students in university shoulder the historical mission of promoting reunification of the motherland and safeguarding the national unity, and they are the backbone of construction of minority areas. This paper analyzes the ideological characteristics of minority students in mainland university, and proposes the approaches to conduct scientific incentives of minority college students from cultivating the positive personality traits, enhancing subjective happiness, creating a positive emotional experience atmosphere, and carrying out positive self-psychological adjustment, to promote full and free development of minority students.
