| Abstract: | The sensitivity analysis is an important way for the risk analysis of economic evaluation of real estate project, and its core is to find the critical control of the various economic index through the economic evaluation index and the ratio of the relative change rate of uncertain factors, thus achieving the optimal efficiency of lower risk. The elastic analysis is the application of economic mathematics in economic field, and the organic combination of both, provide convenient solution for the economic evaluation of the risk analysis. |
