新型可洗井封隔器密封元件受力分析

摘    要:本文主要根据封隔器密封元件理论对其进行受力分析,并对有"防突"、无"防突"结构进行分析,从而得到封隔器坐封力的计算公式,在指定工作压差的情况下对有"防突"装置和无"防突"装置分别进行深入研究,从而得到其胶筒接触应力的计算公式,从而对本文新型设计出的封隔器进行计算。从计算输出结果可以显示,有"防突"装置无"防突"装置型封隔器的区别,前者是优于后者的。

Abstract:According to the packer sealing element theory, this paper conducted stress analysis, analyzed the structure with "conflict prevention" device and without "conflict prevention" device and got the formula of packer force. Under the specified working pressurecondition, the packer with "conflict prevention" device and without "conflict prevention" device are studied to get the formula of cones contact stress, and thus the new packer designed in this paper is calculated. The calculation results showed that the packer with the "conflictprevention" device is superior to that without the "conflict prevention" device.
