| Abstract: | Construction card issuer and operation management system can help to solve the unified management of inter-trade and eross-cutling card issuer and management, can achieve the card issuer license management of one group or several groups, can reserve interface to achieve the charging function of card issuer in the future, and can conduct management, operations and analysis to all the collected data. It will bring value added services to the users for data operations. |
