试论高校学报对青年学人的培养职能

从历史与现实来看,高校学报与青年学人的成长密切相关。高校学报是青年学人成长的孵化器,青年学人则是高校学报发展的生力军。在青年学人的培养中,高校学报理应充分发挥自身的独特优势和导学、导德、导规、导研方面的教育引导职能,从思想认识、人员发掘、实践培养以及制度建设等方面着力进行实践探索,创造性地促进青年学人的健康成长。

Cultivation Function on University Journals to Young Scholars

From the historical and realistic perspective, it has close relationship between university journals and the growth of young scholars. The university journals are the incubator of the growth of young scholars, while the young scholars are fresh troops of the development of university journals. In the cultivation of young scholars, university journals should give full play to its own unique advantages and education guidance functions in study guidance, moral guidance, criterion guidance, research guidance and so on, and put forth effort to carry on practice innovation, promote healthy growth of young scholars creatively from the ideological understanding, people discover, practice cultivation and system construction, etc.
