特殊井修套打捞技术研究与应用

摘    要:在大修作业过程中,套变井经常遇到套管弯曲段达到200m左右,同时伴有错断、破裂、缩径等情况,严重影响修井时率。通过调查分析,研制针对性的高效铣锥、活动肘节、钻具保护短节、液压扩刀等工具,显著提高了大修施工效率。

Abstract:In the process of overhaul task, the casing bending segments of casing deformation wells often go up to 200m or so, at the same time accompanied by leap, rupture, hole shrinkage cases, which seriously affected the workover rate. Through investigation and analysis, developing targeted efficient mill pyramid, kunckle, drilling tool protection nipple, hydraulic expansion knife tools can significantly improve the efficiency of the overhaul construction.
