刍议煤矿掘进中深孔爆破技术

摘    要:爆破是煤矿巷道掘进中的重要环节,采用合适的爆破技术,不仅可保证巷道安全,还有助于提高掘进效率,当前煤矿掘进中所采用的爆破手段多见于中深孔爆破技术,此种技术不仅价格适宜,也能获得理想的掘进效率,同时保证施工速度与质量双重提高,在现代煤矿掘进中中深孔爆破技术得到广泛应用,本文从煤矿掘进中深孔爆破技术出发,对中深孔爆破拒爆原因及处理进行了分析,并提出煤矿掘进中深孔爆破技术施工时的注意事项。

Abstract:Blasting is an important part in coal mine roadway construction. Appropriate blasting technology can not only guarantee the safety of roadway, but also helps to improve the efficiency of tunneling. The current coal mine tunneling blasting method is mostlymedium-length hole blasting technology. This technology is not only appropriate in price, but also can obtain ideal tunneling efficiency. At the same time it can guarantee the improvement of construction quality and speed. Medium-length hole blasting technology is widely usedin modern coal mine tunneling. This article analyzes the causes and treatment for misfire in medium- length hole blasting and puts forward the matters needing attention in the construction.
