钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术的应用与研究

摘    要:钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术是在灌注桩施工完成后对桩底、桩侧进行注浆处理,从而提高单桩承载力,以减弱或消除桩底沉渣、桩侧泥皮等缺陷对基桩承载力的影响,在保证单桩承载力的前提下对桩基础设计施工进行合理优化,缩短桩身长度,降低施工难度和工程造价。本文结合工程经验,对后压浆施工工艺进行研究和探讨,较系统分析了后压浆桩承载力的增强效应与机理,对钻孔灌注桩后压浆工程提供理论指导与实践参考。

Abstract:The bored pile post grouting technology is carried on grouting treatment for pile bottom and pile side after finished the pile construction to improve the bearing capacity of single pile, reduce or eliminate the influence of pile bottom sediment, mud and other defects on the bearing capacity of the pile foundation, carry on optimization for pile foundation design on the basis of ensuring bearing capacity of single pile, shorten the length of pile, reduce the difficulty of construction and engineering cost. Combined with the engineering experience, the post grouting construction technology is studied and discussed, the effect and mechanism of post grouting pile bearing capacity of bored pile are analyzed, theoretical guidance and practical reference for bored pile post grouting technology are provided.
