沈阳市循环经济发展建设研究

沈阳市是东北地区的中心城市,作为循环经济示范城市,其加快了产业结构调整与城市建设的步伐,目前已经在清洁生产、生态工业园建设等方面取得了一定的成果,但发展循环经济任重而道远,目前也存在一些有待解决的问题。本文根据循环经济的理念和要求,结合本地区特色,对当前沈阳市循环经济发展过程中存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出了促进本地区循环经济发展的措施及建议,探索了一条有地方特色的循环经济发展道路。

Study on the Development of Circular Economy in Shenyang

Shenyang city is the center of the northeast area. As demonstration city of circular economy, it accelerated the pace of industrial structure adjustment and urban construction, and has obtained certain achievements in clean production, ecological industrial park construction. But for circular economy development, there is still a long way to go. There are still some problems remaining to be solved at present. In this paper, according to the concept of circular economy and requirements, combining the region characteristic, the current main problems in the development of circular economy in Shenyang are analyzed, and measures and suggestions to promote the development of regional circular economy are put forward, and a road of circular economy development with local characteristics is explored.
