| 摘 要： | 运用耗散理论，探讨科技型中小企业实施知识产权集群信用互助融资的机制。重点研究组建知识产权集群信用互助融资团体的信用分配机制、政府职能、组建范围、边界及金融工具应用等问题，为解决科技型中小企业融资难、生存难问题，推动集群创新发展提供有益借鉴。

| Abstract: | By using the dissipation theory, the paper explores the mechanisms for scientific SMEs to implement intellectual property right （IPR） financing in the form of cluster credit union. The study focuses on the issues related to the establishment of IPR credit union financing organizations in the form of cluster credit union, such as credit allocation mechanism, government function, business scope, and the application of financial instruments, so as to provide a useful reference for solving SME financing ＆ surviving difficulties and for promoting cluster innovation ＆ development. |
