| Abstract: | Great challenges for the competitive strategy of commercial banks which resuh from big data are expoun- ded in the paper first of all. Then, rooted in differentiation strategy theories that overturn Pareto rule such as range economic theory, hidden champion, Blue Ocean Strategy, and Nagao economic theory, by using systemic evolution features and mechanism study, the paper interprets the development path for commercial banks from scale-cost dom- inating strategy to differentiation competitive strategy in the era of big data. |
