| 摘 要： | 国际金融危机和欧洲主权债务危机爆发后,现行的国际信用评级体系广受诟病,凸显出国际信用评级体系存在的诸多缺陷.因此,有必要从政治经济学的视角,对国际信用评级体系演变的逻辑、利益冲突进行分析,并审视其变革方向.

| Abstract: | After the international financial crisis and the European sovereign debt crisis, the current international credit rating system is widely criticized, highlighting many defects in the international credit rating system. From the perspective of political economy, the paper analyzes the logic and the conflict of interests of the international credit rating system evolution, and examines the direction of change. |
