| 摘 要： | 近年来我国医药行业的平均物流成本占销售额的比重达10%以上,物流费用居高不下已成为我国医药商业的一大桎梏。本文在调研医药配送中心发展现状的基础上,对医药配送中心的配送业务特征以及存在的问题进行分析。结合调研企业的实际情况,针对所存在的问题提出改善建议,并运用层次分析法对所提策略进行定量分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper the problem and the character of the curatorial distribution centers is discussed based on the developmental diagnoses. The improved advice against the existent problem is put forward based on the enterprise investigation, and the AHP is also used to quantitative analysis on the improved advice. |
