| 摘 要： | 基于省级Panel数据，分析了中国电信市场的DEA效率。研究表明，在2002～2004年间，中国电信市场经历了一个显著的技术进步过程，并且这种技术进步主要来源于技术变化的贡献，即中国电信市场主要是通过注入更加先进的生产技术来实现增长的。与此相对应，中国电信市场的DEA有效前沿在同期发生了明显的前移。在所设定的DEA模型中，是否包含劳动要素，对于计算结果的影响很小，说明中国电信市场对劳动要素不敏感。通过使用“投资-产量增量”模型，揭示了中国电信市场的发展模式在2005年发生了质的转变，即由生产技术的提升转向了对现有生产资源利用效率的改进。这种转变可能与政府的3G政策有关，值得我们关注。

| Abstract: | The DEA efficiency of Chinese telecommunications market was calculated based on the provincial panel data.The results showed that there experienced a significant technological progress in Chinese telecommunications market from 2002 to 2004,and this technological progress is contributed mainly to the technology changes,i.e.,the injections of new technology into the market.Correspondingly,a notable forward moving of the DEA efficiency frontier of the market occurred.But interestingly,there is little impact on... |
