独立学院图书馆读者服务对策研究

摘    要:独立学院图书馆依托母校优势资源,起点高,发展快,但办馆时间不长,不可避免地存在一定的不足。文章从分析独立学院图书馆读者服务工作现状入手,提出了建立科学合理的馆藏发展政策;树立“读者为本的服务理念”;大胆创新,拓展服务功能;重视人才队伍建设,提升员工专业素质等应对之策。

A study of the Strategies of Independent College Library Customer Service
Abstract:Supported by its parent university and started at high level , the independent college library has grown rapidly. Due to the short history of the library, however, it’s inevitable that there are some imperfections. Beginning with analysing the current situation of the independent college library customer services , this paper proposes the establishment of policies on scientifically and rationally developing library collections; and setting up the concept of reader-oriented service. The paper also looks into the library ’s strategies on bold innovation , adding more services; importance of team building , and improvement of the quality of professional staff.
