Tendency, Problems and Solutions to Housing Finance |

| Abstract: | Integration is the developing tendency of international housing finance. Some prohlems have existed in China's housing finance. such as dual - track interest rate, imperfect financing system and etc. We should draw lessons from de- velopmental experiences of international housing finance, innovate loan instruments for housing, establish bonding insti- tutions of housing mortage credit, strengthen personal credit and promote the development of housing finance. |
