Multinational will replace transverse oblate structure by pyramid matrix structure, so that decrease uncertain risk of MNC operation, carry out innovation of globalization operation strategy, and provide use for reference and grand information assist for structure innovation of our nation enterprise in decentralization right development and whole organization harmony. |
