云南大盈江四级水电站泥沙处理措施及效果分析

摘    要:云南省大盈江四级水电站水库库容小,不能起到有效调沙作用,电站机组投入运行一个汛期后,发现水轮机因泥沙磨蚀受损严重,设计单位对此进行了专题研究,提出在输水发电系统增设沉沙池的补救方案。沉沙池投运后,对电站进水口与厂房尾水含沙量、泥沙级配以及沉沙池泥沙沉降率、泥沙颗粒级配进行了分析。结果表明,沉沙池沉沙效果显著,沉沙作用明显,大大降低了机组过机泥沙含量,减少了泥沙对机组的磨损。经对导水机构过流部件检查,未发现明显磨损。

Measures for sediment treatment of Dayingjiang Hydropower Station IV in Yunnan Province and effect analysis
Abstract:The reservoir storage of Dayingjiang Hydropower Station IV in Yunnan Province is small, so the sediment can not be regulated effectively. The sediment erosion resulted in serious damage to the hydraulic turbine generator in only one flood season after the operation. The design units carried out a special research and proposed to add a sediment settling treatment pool to the water power system. After the operation of the pool, the sediment amount and sediment gradation at the water intake and tail water were compared, and the sedimentation ratio, sediment grain in the pool were analyzed as well. The analysis results showed that the sedimentation of the pool was effective, which reduced the sediment passing through the turbine and mitigated the abrasion of the turbine. No obvious abrasion was discovered during the check of the overflow parts, which have realized high effective operation of the turbine unit.
