Literatures on Western Organization Change Model

In the modern society, more and more changes occur in every corner of all kinds of organizations, such as enterprise engineering, strategic union, ERP and so on. The sophistication, scope and influence of these organization changes require the theory of organization change to give the enterprises a kind of guidance, but a model for organization change is more necessary than a kind of theory. This thesis is just based on the analysis on the western organization change model theory. It will help us take a good understanding of organization change theory.
