| 摘 要： | 广西农村金融改革试点工作取得了明显成效,农村金融服务质量和水平上了新台阶,极大地促进县域经济的发展和农民收入的增长。要发展与扩大广西农村金融改革成果,破解农村发展难题,尚需在培育农村金融需求、推进"三农"保险试点、建立长效机制和宣传教育培训等方面采取相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Pilot programs of rural financial reform in Guangxi have gained noticeable effects,and quality and level of rural financial services have stepped on to a new stage,greatly promoting development of county economy and increase of farmers’ income.To develop and expand results from rural financial reform in Guangxi,and root out rural development difficulties,related measures shall be taken to cultivate rural financial requirements,push forward pilot programs for insurance of agriculture,village and farmers,establish a long-term mechanism and promote education and training. |
