隆朋复合制剂对梅花鹿循环系统影响的研究

摘    要:试验用隆朋复合制剂以0.2mL·kg-1对梅花鹿进行颈部肌肉注射麻醉。对麻醉前后梅花鹿体温、心率、血氧饱和度等麻醉指标进行监测。结果表明:与注药前相比体温、心率、血氧饱和度均有不同程度的降低,在麻醉后15~105min内血氧饱和度(90%以上)显示平稳。

The study of Xylazine compound on deer circulatory System function

Abstract:Test selection Xylazine compound preparation on deer were intramuscular anesthesia, 0.2 mL· kg-1 by weight. To monitor the anesthesia indexs about temperature, heart rate and oxygen saturation before and after injection. The results showed that the anaesthesia effect was reduce with the effectivenesses of tempera- ture, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation,the oxygen saturation (more than 90%) showed a smooth after anesthesia 15-105min.
