| Abstract: | Based on a comprehensive review of the development process of national development zones and development zones of coastal areas in Hebei Province, the paper puts forward ideas and countermeasures from the perspectives of policy support, technological innovation, opening to the outside world, production-study-research combination, promoting tourism and cultural industry for the collaborative development of the development zones of coastal areas in Hebei Province. |
