| 摘 要： | 文章结合我国软件行业的现状,分析了软件行业质量管理的特点,提出了软件企业在质量管理的过程中需要解决的主要问题,并给出了具有较强操作性的解决方式和路径,首先是加强软件企业的需求管理,其次要明确软件设计变更的控制方法以及控制要点,第三切实做好软件的配置管理。
