| 摘 要： | 全球金融危机对我国制造业发展既是巨大挑战,又蕴含着重要机遇.紧紧抓住国际产业分工格局变化的战略机遇,走新型工业化道路,已成为许多地区实现后发赶超的重要举措.按照先进制造业基地的理解,运用特尔菲法和因子分析法建立评价体系,对长沙制造业进行综合评价,确定了三大产业梯队和具有地方特色的核心产业集群,对构建长沙先进制造业基地进行了探讨并提出发展对策与建议.
