| 摘 要： | 高职会计专业校企合作开展中期实习,学训循环培养高素质技术技能型人才是高职院校会计教育工作者应认真考虑、研究和探索的重要课题。该文对比调查分析不同人才培养模式开展中期实习和未开展中期实习人才培养质量的差别,分析说明了高职会计专业校企合作育人开展中期实习的必要性,进而针对开展中期实习存在的问题,提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Carrying out medium-term internship and learning and training alternation to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents is an important project for accounting educators in higher vocational colleges to consider and explore seriously. This paper first makes comparative analysis of the two talents training modes of carrying out and not carrying out medium-term internship. Then, it analyses the necessity of carrying out the medium-term internship in university-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges. Finally, it provides some solution measures to resolve the problems in carrying out medium-term internship. |
