| 摘 要： | PDCA循环理论是全面质量管理（TQM）必须遵循的科学程序。该文简要地介绍了PDCA循环理论的特征以及实施的步骤，并把它应用到科研论文质量的改进中，针对论文论点的改进、材料的改进、结构的改进、语言表达的改进、引用文献的改进等做了比较深入的阐述。

| Abstract: | PDCA cycle theory is the scientific procedure that total quality management （TQM） must follow. In this paper, the characteristics of PDCA cycle theory and its implementation steps are briefly introduced, and the application of PDCA theory to the paper quality improvement is discussed in depth, aiming at the improvements of the thesis, materials, structure, language expression, and references of papers. |
