企业在不确定性环境下的容忍性研究

企业容忍性是研究企业在应对不确定性环境时的承受能力和反应能力,它有两个紧密联系的要点,一是企业发展的临界点,指不确定环境可能给企业带来的发展转折点;二是容忍性。文章首先对不确定性环境和容忍性的内涵作了界定,其次论述了临界点和容忍性的相互关系,然后采用突变理论预测企业发展的临界点,最后给出容忍性的测评模型和测评方法并展望了企业容忍性的发展前景。
