| 摘 要： | 在高校经管类专业重视为现代经济发展培养创新型管理人才的教学改革中,本科生科研训练是一种很有效的培养途径。作者通过抽样调查等方式,分析了目前高校科研训练中存在的问题,并以市场对人才的要求为依据,提出相应改善措施。

| Abstract: | In terms of university economics and management major,it focuses on training innovative management personnel for modern economic development in the teaching reform,and scientific research training of undergraduate is a very effective way.Through the way of sampling survey,the author analyzed the problems in current university scientific research training and put forward the corresponding improvement measures based on market’s demand for talents. |
