| 摘 要： | 高校工程技术类人才培养趋向国际化。针对材料成型及控制工程专业特色及培养现状,结合国际焊接协会开展的在校生国际焊接工程师培训及资质认证,将国际化工程技术人才培养引入到高等教育中,对专业人才培养模式进行改革与实践。结果表明该培养方式提升了专业人才培养质量、促进了大学毕业生就业,对行业发展和进步起到了积极作用。

| Abstract: | Engineering talent education had an international tendency in university.Combined specialty feature and current education situation of material shaping and control engineering with international welding engineer train and qualification identification carried out by international institute of welding for college student,international engineering talent education was added to higher education.Moreover,specialty talent education mode was reformed and practiced.The result demonstrated the new education mode promoted the talent education quality and increase the rate of employment obtained by graduate.It had a positive effect for industry development and advancement. |
