| 摘 要： | 目前,网上房屋合租以其高性价比以及网络所带来的便捷,成为大学毕业生群体的首选。本文通过对即将毕业的大学四年级学生进行问卷调查,结合研究模型,运用统计学方法对假设进行验证,找出影响网上房屋合租意愿的主要因素,并提出网上房屋租赁市场的营销策略建议。

| Abstract: | Online house renting becomes the first choice of graduates with its high cost performance.The article tries to find the factors affecting graduates’ intention of online house renting by conducting questionnaire investigation on the senior students,combining research model and using statistical methods.Finally some marketing suggestions are put forward. |
