| 摘 要： | 本文通过座谈、问卷、SPSS统计分析等调研形式对重庆市农民联户实施农村土地整治模式的主要做法、成效、存在问题等进行了调研。结果表明:农民联户实施农村土地整治对增加有效耕地面积、提高规划的实用性、提高资金效能等具有重要意义,但也存在着系统理论不完善、施工进度缓慢、资金筹措难等问题,还需进一步予以完善。

| Abstract: | This article through the discussion,questionnaire,and SPSS statistical analysis investigated the main approach,the effectiveness of the model of Chongqing’s farmers partnerships implementation of rural land renovation and the problems existing.The results show that: Farmers partnerships implementation of rural land renovation has great significance to the increase of cultivated land area,improving the planning practicability,improve the efficiency of the capital,but it also has some problems.The theory system is not perfect,the construction progress is slow,financing difficulty,it still needs to improve further. |
