| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑推理等科学研究方法对高校篮球运动的特点与健身价值进行研究。文章首先从篮球运动的基本特点出发,结合高校参与篮球活动人群的特点分析高校篮球运动的主要特征,在新的时代背景下分析了高校篮球的开展价值以及发展前景。

| Abstract: | The use of literature,expert interviews,logical reasoning and other research methods,characteristic of college basketball and fitness value is studied.Paper first starts from the basic characteristics of basketball,analyzes the main features of college basketball combining with the characteristics of the crowd participating in college basketball activities,and analyzes development prospects and value of college basketball in the context of the new era. |
