| 摘 要： | 服务创造价值,科技期刊通过信息传递服务实现了知识的价值体现,同时也促进了科技期刊自身的价值提升。本文通过探讨网络环境下科技期刊数字化体系的构建和网络发行策略,从而促进和推动科技期刊的数字化建设、网络化发行,满足读者对学术信息快速、高效的网络阅读需求,降低期刊内容制作及发行的成本并且最大化的挖掘期刊内容资源的价值。

| Abstract: | Services creates value,the latest scientific research achievement,knowledge is the rapid spread and promotion by the technical journals.The technical journals realized the value of knowledge through the transmission of information service,and its own value also is able to reflect and promotion.This paper mainly discusses the technical journals digital system construction and network distribution strategy,so as to promote the construction of digital resources of technical journals.The digital resources of technical journals will meet the readers on the fast and efficient reading demand,and reduce the cost of technical journals content production and issue,and maximum mining the value of its content. |
