关怀与正义:女性主义世界秩序的伦理诉求

建立何种世界秩序、如何建立这一世界秩序?这一直是国际关系研究的核心问题。现实主义等主流理论认为,对世界秩序的正确认知,只有通过分析国家行为才能获得。在它们看来,国际关系领域要么无所谓正义,要么只能在民主国家间建立正义的世界秩序。通过引入性别要素,女性主义发展出全新的世界秩序理念。女性主义认为,性别正义是实现世界正义的基石,正义源自关怀,关怀是比正义更高的道德诉求,把关怀引入国际社会,是建立和平、和谐、正义秩序的前提。对于后冷战时期世界政治生活的现实而言,女性主义的观点不仅仅是批判性的,它也为未来世界秩序的构建提供了一个重要方向。
