| Abstract: | In our time,opening policies have become a necessary choice for nation-states accomondating to the trend of globalization.This requires that we have deeper understanding of the activeness,interactiveness,unity,equity,reciprocity and the scale of its possible time spans,as well as goals,forms,patterns,progress and effects,of the opening process,so as to establish a new idea of what comprehensive opening is,and enlarge it on more aspects of society. |
