加快发展方式从出口导向型向开放型转变

开放型经济较之于出口导向性经济是一种更高级的对外经济形态,二者虽有联系,更有本质区别。当前,我国传统出口导向型经济面临严峻挑战:从内因上看,其具有依附性和不可持续性等与生俱来的缺陷;从外因上看,全球经济形势的变化和利益格局的调整使其继续维系困难重重。后危机时代我国对外经济模式应该由单向的出口导向型走向全方位的开放型,要对贸易结构、投资结构以及消费结构进行根本性调整。

From Export Orientation to Overall Opening

The open-economy is a kind of more advanced foreign economic form than export-led economy.Though with some contact beween the two,more essential differences deserved special attention.At present,China’s traditional export-led economy faces enormous challenges: dependence and sustainability are inborn defects of the mode from internal perspective,while changes of global economic situation and interest structure are challenges from external perspective.Therefore,China’s foreign economic mode should be transformed from a one-way export-led economy to the all-round open-economy in post-crisis era,while focuses should be transformation of trade structure,investment structure and consumption structure.
