From GDP to GNH: Decision Makers' Criteria Change

Under the interest of people first condition of the country,every decision made by government is starting and basing on the interests for the overwhelming majority.Today,with the leading of the scientific concept of development and building the socialist harmonious society,the Gross National Happiness index are entering into the decision maker’s view,bringing more comprehensive basis for our government to making out more scientific and rational decision.This thesis is started with the analysis of the factors that affecting the GNH,ending with the conclusion of the key point which is the development of economic and the livelihood issues are people’s most concerned questions when the government are making decisions for promoting the GNH index.
